Tridacna, giant clams of the South Pacific, are luminous, fascinating creatures and seem to glow underwater. I shot this macro image with a Nikonos V, 28mm lens, Aquatica extension tubes, and SB105 Speedlight.

"Sea Thimbles" During a safety stop while diving the Exumas, I photographed several small (approximately half inch) thimble jellies as they drifted by in the current.
"Small Fish in a Big Pond" was shot in Bonaire, Netherland Antilles, with a Nikonos V camera, SB105 Strobe, and a closeup kit. This tiny baby trunkfish looked like a little floating marble. My husband placed his hand in to show scale.

Nice
"Conch Eyes"
Diving off the Nekton Pilot in Belize, I spied this conch inching his way across the sandy bottom. After what seemed like an eternity, he finally inched himself out of his shell to peek at his reflection in my lens.
