How the Contest Works?

Spotted Snake Eel
Blue-Spotted Urchin, very rare in the Hawaiian Islands. Taken on the Mahi Shipwreck at 95 feet. Nikon Coolpix L22 in Ikelite Housing. ISO 80, f5.5, 1/60, In-camera flash.
Experimenting with fibre optic snoots I managed to find a grey moray docile enough to allow me to place the snoots on either side of its head, creating this unusual lighting effect as if lighting from the inside out
