Green Moray Eel Canon G10 Ikelite strobes. Look at his left eye. Eels certainly aren't known for their strong eye sight.

If you look carefully you'll see a Red Ghost with two white eyes. The eyes are surrounded by a red head which leads to a neck and lower body. Coming out from the lower body you can even see two arms raised in a V.
