July 2012 - enjoy seven nights on the luxury catamaran Akasha in the pristine waters of the BVI, whilst learning the art of underwater photography from the highly acclaimed National Geographic photo-journalist Mauricio Handler. You will be granted excellent food by our award-winning chef, luxury on an award-winning yacht, and interesting company combined with expert tuition.
Fully Inclusive price of $6,550 per person. Price includes three dives per day, plus evening open critiques, all meals & bar/drinks. Throughout the days there will be lectures on all aspects of underwater photography including composition, workflow, lighting techniques (macro & wide angle) as well as equipment maintenance. Also exploring the artistic side of image-making with creative suggestions that will help to guide visually. The week will prove to be a giant stepping stone no matter what level in photography you think you are at.
