| Michael Weberberger | Michael Weberberger, born 1968 in Leoben.
I had my first diving experiences in 1990 in Thailand. After a longer break due to starting a family, I decided to pick it up again in 2002 and took the diving license on Elba, Italy. Further courses were pursued up to the title of a Rescue Diver.I started to photograph in 2005, equipped with an Olympus c5050 purely to capture holiday impressions. After a tiger shark expedition in 2009 I decided to purchase a DSLR camera and since then I am heavily involved in underwater photography.
My biggest passion is (cage-) free shark diving | My Website

| Beth Watson | I began diving in 2000 and live in the US in the small town of Salem, Missouri, nowhere near the ocean. Fortunately, I am able to dive a few weeks each year, and have traveled to many amazing diving destinations around the world. Among my favorites are the Caribbean, Central America, The Caymans, Indonesia and the Philippines. My first UW camera system was a Canon G2. I currently use a Canon 5D MK III, Nauticam Housing and dual Ikelite DS 125 strobes. | My Website

| Marty Wakat | MW Diving & Photography was formed in 2011. Our goal is to provide the best quality underwater photos at a reasonable price. I currently live in Kailua Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii. I moved here a few years ago and fell in love with the ocean and everything about it. I have always had an interest in photography since I worked for the digital imaging division of Polaroid back in the mid 90s. I recently purchased a Canon 7D and an Ikelite underwater housing and I now spend every available moment in the water exploring everything I can find and taking pictures to capture the experience of what I see. Although I am P.A.D.I. certified I prefer to explore the underwater world free diving without the assistance of S.C.U.B.A. and therefore all my photos are taken this way.

| Richard Wylie | I'm a marine biologist and use a Canon 550D EOS with an Ikelite housing (and strobes) with a Tokina 10-17mm lens.
I currently lecture at a number of universities in Australia while also setting up a marine research centre (with my wife) in the provence of Vava'u, in Tonga.
I'm also completely addicted to underwater photography! I first started diving in 1990 - stopped counting at 4000 dives about 10 years ago - but have only been taking photos since late 2010. I've been in love with the flora and fauna that inhabit the marine environment ever since I was a child and for the first time in my career I've found a way of communicating that love clearly - through a lens!
My enjoyment of this competition is not to contend with anyone else but to continually improve my own technique and understanding of the art of photography - and ultimately represent as truthfully as I can the awe I feel towards, and the incredible beauty of, the marine realm and the life it contains! | My Website

| Graham Watters | Have been diving seven years , in the UK and abroad .
Had an Olympus C 5050 for the last 4 years .
I have just moved to a Canon S90 in a Fisheye fix housing,

| Cate Wagstaffe | I use a Fujifilm F10 with a FinePix underwater housing. I have been doing u/w photography for about 5 years now. I am a commercial diving archaeologist, so i try to do as many relaxing dives as i can where no work is needed, none sept the joys of photographing underwater life and submerged wrecks.
It's hard to pick a fav dive site, as i have been to some many places around the world, but the clear and bright oceans of the Bahamas have produced my best u/w shots so far. | | Canada | |

| Elaine White | Started taking underwater images in 2007 with a compact camera. Soon upgraded to Nikon D80 SLR in Nexus housing 2008 after taking part in a underwater workshop with renown teacher, Martin Edge. I used up this set up to August 2011 when I decided to upgrade once again. I now use Nikon 7000 in a Nauticam Housing and twin Inon 240 strobes.
Not sure favourite dive site as all have something special, but love Indonesia/ Malaysia, recently visited Grand Cayman when travelling abroad I do enjoy joining underwater photo workshops, as a way of gaining experience and idea's shared by other like minded photographers. I also enjoy the challenge of UK water's which I have started photographing in the last couple of years. | My Website
