the hotel, hilton sharks bay resort has a fantastic house reef, the hotel is between white knight reef & ras bob reef, on site dive company is Sinai divers. this was my 3rd trip to this place.

Halifax Park

   Australia  Tasman Sea
One of the best shore dives in Australia. There are a series of ledges which level off at 27m. There is a large sponge garden from about 8 meters to 27 meters. Fish life here is abundant. Water temp ranges from about 16C in winter to 23C in summer/autum. To view photos of this site go to:

Beautiful small medium altitude lake in the region of Savièse in Valais. This lake is not often divable. Most of the time in Winter. But in March very interesting for water frogs or ice diving. Not very deep.

Truk Lagoon

   United States  Pacific
Site of the main Japanese naval base during World War II. Attacked by US carrier-based aircraft during operation "Hailstorm" launched in February of 1944. Now the final resting place for over 40 Imperial Japanese Navy ships and assorted aircraft.
