What splendid eyes these little gobies have! They hide in small crevices in rocks. They are shy but curious and it is easy to photograph them when they lean out to scrutinize the external environment. Havelock Is._April2024

The midnight sunset/sunrise that marks summer at the antarctic circle.
An Antarctic view before a dive under the ice. One of the things that is amazing about the Antarctic is that there is no distance 'haze' effect through lack of dust. This mountain is over 1,000 m high and the ice cliffs hundreds of m high.

short insight into the beauty of this southern sea. the 6 dots on the berg are penguins, which gives a scale to it all. I felt very small down there and concerned about Mother Nature!
