Dome port theory.. upside down aquarium for the tadpoles to swim up into.. refraction, reflection, distortion, and a little Snell's Window.. did I miss any? there's probably a chromatic aberration in there :-)

Crayfish sp. Niagara River. While doing a first dive of the year in the lower Niagara I encountered several of these creatures.

Caddisflies ,(Trichoptera) Also called sedge-flies or rail-flies.Caddisflies have aquatic larvae and are found in a wide variety of habitats such as streams, rivers, lakes, ponds, spring seeps and temporary waters. Source Wikipedia.
"Sleeping In"
A manatee is bathed in sunrise light rays as it snoozes on a riverbed. Bubbles float up as the manatee breathes out. Photographed in the tannin waters just outside the Crystal River.
Several crayfish were spotted this afternoon on a dive in the lower Niagara River. The Olympus TG4 in housing allowed for some great macro shots.
