Wonderfully prehistoric, the Broadnose Sevengill Shark is easily identified by the unique seven gills and its broad head and blunt snout.

Diver descending on the wreck of the Boss 400. The ship wrecked at Duiker point, close to Sandy Bay, after the tow rope snapped. Part of the ship still protrude above the waterline and that is what is visible in the background.
