It's a bit hard to work out this one. I see the smaller shrimp, is that it's Mommy? Wow
Sit, nudi, sit ... fine! :-)
Amphiprion ocellaris - False clown Anemonefish (Clownfish)
Hippocampus bargibanti - Pygmy seahorse
On the black sand of North-east Bali.
This batfish was one of dozens that were hanging sideways in the current, occasionally rubbing themselves against the bottom.
Bannerfish, Heniochus diphreutes. Picture taken in North-east Bali. No strobes : (
Anemone fish at Tulamben, Bali. This was my first dive trip with my new Canon G9/Ikelite housing/Ikelite DS160 Strobe.
The funny face looks like Dori of the film Nemo. It is a Xyrichtys pentadactylus taken with a Nikon D300, 105mm. So it's definitely not Dori, but the face looks like it.
Resident moray at Seraya
1/200 @ f6.3
I really used a shallow depth of field here to accentuate the teeth. It's amazing how they have a row of teeth in the roof of the mouth. Wouldn't want to be a fish stuck in there!
Humphead parrotfish. Picture taken in North-east Bali.
