Oceanic Whitetip checks out her reflection in a dome port. Near Cat Island Bahamas. Canon 5D3 w/ 8-15mm fisheye
The fish eggs that the whale sharks are feasting upon are very visible going into this shark's mouth.
What has to be very irritating is the remora that is latched onto it's freakin' tonsils!!!! Man, that makes my throat tickle!!!
8mm fisheye
Whale shark cruising towards the surface near Isla Mujeres, Mexico
Oceanic Whitetip with a nice S-Curve as it slices the deep blue near Cat Island.
Canon 5D3 w/ 8-15mm fisheye
My wife next to a whale shark. 8mm fisheye w/ full frame 5D3
Oceanic Whitetip shot with a full frame 5D3 and 8mm fisheye creates circular photos. Have to remember to get close and keep your toes out of the pic!
Just hanging out.
whale shark suspended vertically amidst the sunrays.
This Whale Shark kept her eye on me as she was curving by with a photographer trying to keep up. It was a great moment watching her eye swivel and view me with a knowing look
