Loay RayyanI started Scuba Diving in late August 2004, I was engaged for five months, and I wanted to do one last crazy adventure before settling down and getting married, thinking that marriage would tie me up, and I wouldn't be able to do crazy adventures anymore, "and of course I was mistaken" 'cause I found out that marriage is the startup of a new adventure, and my wife became my supporter, my encourager and my inspiration. ALBERTO ROMEOI was born in Palermo, Italy in 1948. I am u/w photographer since 1965. In 1973 I founded the Underwater Team of Photographers, that I served as President for 20 years, today I am Honorary-Founding President. In 1984 I was the first Italian champion of underwater photography. My favorite photo dive sites are Mediterranan Sea and Red Sea. Since 1990's I used Calypso and Nikonos system, after also Nikon 801s with various housings and lens+Ikelite strobes; from 2005 I begin to use also digital cameras like Nikon Coolpix 5000 in SEA&SEEA housing+strobes; now I use Nikon D-70s, D-60, D-90 + 10,5 - 60macro - 18/50 lens with Hughy, Underwawe, Sea&Sea housings+Ikelite, Sea&Sea and Subtronic strobes and Sealife D-800 for apnea diving. I am very interested in the history of undervater activities; in 2009 I published both in italian and in english the book "The History of Underwater Photography and Cinematography in Italy".My Website

All my photos are taken by freediving. My favourite photo dive site are Spanish coast of Alboran Sea (Cabo de Gata and Maro).
