There's some speculation how this one was done. Looks like an old fashioned double exposure (remember them?) given the extremes in subject size I'd say two lenses were used but it was a Tokina 10-17mm Fisheye.

a central, symmetrical subject shouldn't work but Nicholas got this fisheye wreck right. The diver just throws the symmetry off enough to make it visually interesting
