Getting close to this dragonet was a challenge because it would turn its back on me. I had to wait for at least an hour until it became comfortable with my presence.
The fish are very common but sadly so is this setting, we need more moorings to preserve our reefs. The day had big surge conditions, I held onto the anchor chain with my knees and waited for the stationary moment between surges. Sony cybershot DSCP9.
