2 beautiful reef sharks happen to cross and block the sunball while clouds and a shadow of the boat is visible through the calm surface. Having so much natural light coming through the clear water, I turned off my strobes and captured this effect.

School is in! I used the milky conditions and swirling pattern to create the wonderful feeling that I had watching this school change and evolve.

Interesting behaviour. Watched for 10+ minutes while this reef octopus ran its tentacles all over its body. Assuming this was not a sponge bath or a lonely teenager, what was it doing?

I wanted to capture the power and beauty of this grey reef shark. I think this comes best across when they are doing an abrupt turn away from a head on encounter.

Focus Stacking. 5 images shot with different focus distance blended into a single image. The originals have about 1 row of eggs in focus at this magnification (microscope mode on TG-5)
