The Lone Cuda
Lion fish
We jumped in to snorkel with these mantas while they fed on the surface. They flipped over and over and allowed us to approach very close.
Is she gone yet?
Chac Mool Cenote - Cathederal of light
Galapagos Shark
Roca Partida, Mexico
Free swimming green morey - got quite close to me.
Thanks Shelly!
I really liked this model. She looks so natural UW... Actually on dry land she does not look so innocent smile

2 manta's, one diveguide and a spectacular rock. Doesn't get much better :-)

The colour version of this wreck shot I entered last year.
This version has been desaturated, with the exception of the red channel which is retained and highlights the colours on the anchor brought up by the strobes.

These creatures of the sea are my favorite. In 20+ years of diving, this is the first time I was this close to the spotted eagle ray. The picture was taken on the Columbia Shallows, Cozumel, Mexico

This was taken in 2007 with a first generation Sealife Reef Master Mini. Since then I have not been this close to an Eagle Ray. This shot inspired me to start shooting underwater and upgrade to what I have now. Canon 5dmkII!!
The point of no return - Chac Mool Cenote - notice the Halocline at the bottom of the photo. Amazing cavern dive with an air dome 3/4 through the dive.
Diving. Wish I could join the humpback :-)
Arch of grunts
Swimming through a swarm.
Another manta shot. Hope I don't bore you. But I really like these animals, even though it is difficult to capture their beauty in a photo.

Sea lion at the point.
Beautiful manta and happy divers at "the Boiler", Socorro. Fantastic rock. I like the volcanic layers you can see in the image. A unique place.
My first trip with my Canon 5dmkII 17-40mm. Up close and personal with this very cooperative model!
