This double exposure feels so natural, your almost think it's real, or at least wish it was! Very cool manipulation.
American Paddlefish, threatened species

Silhouette,. they turn when you dive down to them, I don't remember that last year because there were so many.

Isle Mujeres last week was slower than 2013, but still amazing.
Shadows
Crocodile tears
Waiting for the turn
Bonito eggs happily don't show up as much as some plankton- you can see them streaked because of the panning of the camera- even at 160th second shutter. I applied a soft vignette in white and desaturated.
Pure whites and rich blacks can compliment pastel colors. I was told my sunball here is "blown-out highlights" but I like it big here
Sourpuss
Taunting shutter lag.
Backlighting a Lionfish.
The perfect reef to me. Teeming with life and color in the shallows.
Shoot and run
shortlistedShortlisted!
Light, color, texture with static subject
