Freedive Waianae. We were on a homeade boat made of styrofoam and epoxy, much like a giant surfboard with a motor. Perfect for a few people and their gear.
Pacific Sunset at 20,000 ft. This photo was taken about 20 minutes before landing in Honolulu, HI.
Don't Make me Use Em'. This shot was taken in about 3 ft of water, natural light. I believe it is an Undulated Moray, but not positive.
Wake. This photo was taken leaving Honolulu Hawaii.
In the Shallows. This turtle and I were both being surged this way and that. I guess he was hungry for limu, and I for a nice photo.
Your OTHER Left. Image taken on a shark cage adventure, North Shore Oahu, HI. Used photoshop for more dramatic image.
Come Now. Taken at Sunset Beach, HI.
Gobie in Coral. Taken in Haleiwa, HI- natural light, about 12 ft of water.
Galapagos Love. I'm honestly not sure exactly what these two sharks were doing, maybe just a fluke behavior I snapped at the right time, or maybe not...? Ha ha.

A superior behavior shot, one in a million!
Three Deep. I shot these Galapagos sharks from the (relative) safety of an aluminum cage a few miles off the shores of Oahu.
Weathering the Storm. The surf kept pounding, but this little guy wouldn't give in.
Eye of the Slug. I was very excited to find a couple of these Lumpy Sea Slugs on Oahu's North Shore.
Angry Octopus. Shot taken on the East side of Oahu, HI.
Mr. Lumpy. This Lumpy Sea Slug just happened to catch my eye. Shot in Pupekea, HI. About 4 ft of water, natural light.
On the Move. This Snowflake Moray was kind enough to pose for a moment or so in the waters off Waialua, HI. Natural light, 80mm macro lense.
Lizardfish Attack. Taken on Oahu's North Shore- four feet of water, natural light.
Thru the Eyes of the Fish. Shot taken in Maui, Hawaii.
Curious Turtle. This photo was taken in the waters of Molokini, an island off of Maui.
Teenage Turtle. This young Hawaiian Sea Turtle was eating sea weed on Oahu's North Shore. Natural light. About 10ft of water.
Young Scorpionfish lying vertically in wait.
Sunset Beach, Hawaii. Aptly named place if I've ever seen one.
Whos There? Taken in Waialua, HI. This eel wasn't very large, maybe about 1.5 ft in length.
Cautious Eyes. Taken on the North Shore of Oahu, HI. I believe that octopus are some of the most amazing creatures in the sea.
