Manta cleaning station in the Maldives. Absolutely fabulous experience.

We dived a site in sudan that had lots of silky sharks. They were very curious and kept checking us out.
Manta Train.
End of an amazing dive with 20 feeding mantas. As I was doing my safety stop these three mantas "flew" below . They did not want us to leave.

Parrot fish portrait.
Difficult to photograph during the day, parrot fish make great subjects as night falls and they begin to settle for the night. This one was photographed on the wreck of the Umbria at the start of a night dive.

Apparently, whilst I was taking this guys portrait photo, another Barracuda was hovering just behind my head......checking out the finished shot !!!
This anenome fish and large anenome was taken on the Shinkoku Maru . The Odyssey dive boat is above.

Gapalagos sealions are amongst the most playful animals underwater. They just always seem to be having so much fun.

35ft whaleshark ! This guy was heading in my direction so I took one shot and moved out of his way. I didn't see the sucker fish in it's mouth until I was looking back at the photos.
Town beach in Broome has this wonderful redy coloured sand so I got up at 6am one morning to take a photo of the beach before the sunbathers arrived. Canon ixus 700.
Bow of the Umbria. Looks better in B&w than in colour. Canon ixus 100 and fisheye lens with mwb.
Near the bow gun on the Fujikawa Maru, I found this beautiful coral so I asked my buddy to swim to the other side and look back. Canon ixus 100 and single inon d2000 strobe.

Barracuda Turn.
There really is something special about diving in the centre of a large school of barracuda. An amazing experience.
Zeros in the cargo hold of the Fujikawa Maru.
Natural light, canon ixus 980 and fisheye lens.
Feeling sleepy ?
In the Galapagos all the animals are unafraid and come very close to people. This little sea lion was tired of resting on the rocks so thought nothing of using one of the sun loungers instead !!!
