I had a great time with a group of Lionfish and wondered how they might look in black and white
The Spanish Dancer has to be one of the most thrilling of nudibranchs to encounter. Taken with Nikon 17-55 at 38mm, f18, 1/125
I was fascinated with this Stargazer's tongue lure and spent 20 minutes or so with it as it tried to capture passing prey
I think the contrast of the yellowmouth to the brown body with speckled blue markings is extremely striking so it was worth putting time in to get this shot. Taken with Inon Z240 with fiber optic snoots, 60mm macro and a wet close up lens
I stayed with this Blacktip grouper for quite a while as he flitted from one coral to another, but eventually it got used to me enough so that I could get close
