The Magestic One.
Black Sea Bass (or Giant Sea Bass) at Anacapa Island. These giants occur annually at Anacapa when the water temperatures climb.
Taken with Canon Digital Rebel and 10-22mm zoom in Ikelite Housing. Shot at f/7.1 and 1/125.

I found a little brittle star on the bottom of this pin cushion star.

I finally had a chance to get close enough to a couple otters for some decent shots! This one hung out for about 20 minutes and let me shoot away while he (she?) fished and ate.

The kelp forests of Anacapa Island abound with life from the tiniest nudibranchs to the largest marine mammals. I shot this image diving a spot known as "The Channels" while looking for harbor seals.

Found this lil guy while snorkeling around some mission ruins off the coast of Florida in the Gulf.. Decided to bring him ashore for some photos and then little mr. Sebastian got to back home.

The Hawaiian whitespotted toby is a common fish on the reef. I guess that's why I take some many pictures of the. I got this one today at Kahe beach park, AKA "electric Beach"
