Leopard-skin bald guy! There's something a bit surreal/sci-fi about this one. I like it!

we've seen Jawfish with eggs in their mouth but I think this is a different species (after a quick Google). Anyway, scarey guy!
1/250 at f13 105m ISO 200. This was taken in 3.5m of water with me hanging onto Deddy, my dive guide, for support and shooting one handed. Luckily this fish was perfectly positioned and I knew I had the shot immediately.

1/250 f25 105mm ISO400. Giant Frogfish sitting in a yellow leather coral. I think this is the last thing some fish ever see, or don't see for that matter!
1/250 at f29 105mm on 400ISO. I am now using a D3 and the quality at high ISO is astounding. Also means I use much less strobe and can shoot 1/250 on f29 in the evening with 3m viz....Fantastic!
1/160 at f29. 105mm at 00 ISO.
Baby Bangai Cardinal Fish protected by a fire urchin
1/100 at f14. I spent a whole dive hanging around one spot of coral to get this shot.
