Probably the predators which lights up a bait ball with the most energy, both visually and audibly are these Cape Gannets. Their skills see them hunting down to at least the 12-15m range.Truly an awesome spectacle to witness.

The ocean is filled with amazing creatures. One of the things that fascinates me the most is the shear magnitude this spans. From the largest animal on the planet down to super macro. (The tube part measures just over 1mm.)
