I really feel you get a sense of just how prehistoric this animal is from the underwater Photo. Did you know that males can reach lenghts of 6.0 m (20ft) and weigh up to 900 kgs (2000 lb)? This photo was taken in Jardines de La Reina, Cuba.

A grouper hanging over the reef, checking out its reflection, Jardines de la Reina, Cuba. Did you know that this particular species can easily reach 1 meter and weigh over 100 kgs?

Calm Waters
On Tuesday we went out in the afternoon hoping to find the manatees - we did not. However, while in Three Sisters Springs I spotted this root system and some fain sunbeams, It was so beautiful.
