This White Spotted Filefish was a surprise. My first encounter with the bright orange fish.
I slowly approached this balloonfish and got a close-up shot of his eye. You can see his cornea and lens. Curacao. D70, 105 macro, +4 diopter.
Baby Triggerfish, they have a wonderful face.

A mono color study that works nicely
Roatan, Bay Islands.
The Royal Gramma, one of the most colorful on the reef and lots of them everywhere in Roatan! The image was taken with my DC500 and dual flash units.
