This is a closeup of a Red Irish Lord taken in Puget Sound. What is really impressive is the detail of the eye. This picture was taken using a Nikon P5100 in a Fantasea P5000 housing with Sea and Sea YS 110 strobes.

one of the countless hermissenda nudibranchs we found during our dive along the breakwater in monterey. there were literally hundreds of nudibranchs in one area where kelp was slowly being decomposed, which caused a lot of backscatter

My Buddy Mark checks out the Starboard Inboard Engine of Baby Sandy II a B24 Bomber from WW2. Olympus C-5060 Inon Wide Dome
"Baby Sandy II" a WW2 B24 Bomber crash landed on the west end of Majuro Atoll. The pilot and co-pilot died in the crash. The rest of the crew survived and were taken prisoner by the Japanese, and later executed. (Olympus C5060 Inon wide dome.)
The 'Striped Pyjama Squid' (Sepioloidea lineolata) is actually a cuttlefish. Together with the blue ring octopus and flamboyant cuttlefish it is one of the few known venomous cephalopods. Nikon D80, 60mm
Under a kelp patty 1/4 mile off shore....self potrait of myself and my freinds.....i let them go on their way after the shot....being carefull not to injure them..free diving....fun fun fun
Beautiful nudibranch in an incredible place found at 137 feet in Cabo, Mexico. At that depth there is so little light that it was easy to take this photo with good lighting.
