Correcting overexposure with Photoshop

Underwater Photoshop

In this lesson we will learn two ways to correct partial overexposure in order to get detail back into our image

Here we have a typical CFWA image where the foreground and background were not completely balanced between natural light and strobe. The starfish is burnt out and loses detail. Not everyone would say this needs retouching. It's an OK shot as it is - but we want to make it even better.
